Il CoNsole, cooking section, makes a prestigious service of international cuisine.
Our chef, Silvana Recupero, will take the Sicilian cuisine all around the world.
The staff will wear the typical Sicilian clothing.
The food will be bought and cooked in Sicily.
In this way it is possible to preserve the genuineness of the local product.

For instance: there is a big difference between cassata, pasta al pistachio made of Sicilian products (aubergines, ricotta, pistachio ….) and the same dish with non-Sicilian products.
The same thing is valid for wine, fruit, dessert….

In conclusion Sicily will move to your place.
And if you wish it you can have during your meal a balladeer or a marranzano (Jew’s harp) player, or even a puppet master.
