She is Sicilian of course (Catania, the 7th February 1960)
Silvana was the first one to introduce the Finger Food in Sicily, which is made of miniaturized gastronomic specialties.
She manages the staff of the cooking section (composed of more than 10 members).
She personally organizes all events concerning her field of activity: from
the logistics to the kitchen in the real sense of the word during the banquets;
she also creates the winter menu for the restaurant of our head office; she
organizes the classes for the cooking school and the always demanding international
catering events..
And sometimes she acts as a flying cook!
