The
very reserved rooms of the restaurant are open to the members of the association
only, under reservation only and from October to June only.
During summertime Silvana and her staff are busy in the cooking laboratory
where dishes for the coming year are created, both for the restaurant and
for the banqueting service.
The
restaurant is situated in a warm winter niche made of a typical Sicilian style
with white stone, lava stone, Sicilian pottery and terracotta which design
the small rooms.
We are proud to explain that we have in mind the concept of a symposium, of
a sumptuously laid table, just like a Greek banquet in which at the end of
the meal people have the possibility of lying down on the blanket of their
pure thoughts.
As a consequence there is no waiting list of course.
Those
who visit us can stay as long as they want due to the typical idea of Sicilian
hospitality: by the fireplace, on the couch of the parlour, or, more simply,
sitting at the convivial table.
You are welcome.
But as ,I’ve already said, a reservation is needed to announce the visit.
